Welcome to our friendly and professional office. We have been at this location since March 2000 and celebrating 30 years of service in Canby as of 2004. Dr Donald D Chase is a member of American Optometric Association, Oregon Optometric Physicians Association, Portland Metropolitan Optometric Society. An active member in the community as a member of Canby Kiwanis, participates in Needy Kids Fund and donates used glasses to the "SOS" Save Old Spectables that are distributed by the NW Medical Teams International Inc. Hobbies are fly fishing, photography and hiking. Other interest are church choir and spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.

Shelby, Office Manager
Shelby, our Office Manager, in addition to her responsibilities of making sure our office runs smoothly and efficiently is also responsible for billing. She is current on all billing processes and coding to allow our patients quick/clean insurance reimbursements. She shares all the current promotions being offered in house.

Crystal, Lab Technician
Crystal, our Lab Technician oversees our on-site lab. She has seen many changes in the optical field and helps us stay informed about current products and trends. Researching the latest fashions, she reviews our frame selection every three months to provide our patients with the most current releases in eyewear. Crystal is glad to help you maintain your eyewear with adjustments and repairs. She is skilled in helping patients select eyewear that is complimentary and functional.
